2. REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, the product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, excessive wear, or accidental damage.
I. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. II. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care/hygiene goods. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
III. REFUNDS We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CalmPaw. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
I. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.
II. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We offer Standard Shipping to the United States. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
III. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. CalmPaw is not responsible for any fees applied to your order during or after shipping.
IV. MISSING PACKAGES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES CalmPaw is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through getcalmpaw.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
I. PRICING AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CalmPaw reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
II. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including limited stock availability. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.
III. PAYMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods via our payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to verify payment information before processing any order.
IV. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact our support team first to seek a resolution. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us or returning the item is considered a violation of these Terms of Sale and may result in a permanent ban from our Site and further legal action to recover lost funds.
V. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. CalmPaw reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
